Sustainability Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sustainability to lead strategic sustainability initiatives across Smart Infrastructure in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with global targets and local market needs
• Oversee the implementation of global sustainability programs and maintain transparency on performance against corporate targets
• Act as a primary representative in industry associations and manage customer sustainability inquiries and data requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Sustainability Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in sustainability leadership roles within the infrastructure, industrial, or technology sectors
• 5+ years of expertise in sustainability frameworks, carbon accounting, and relevant regulations
• Proven success in developing and implementing sustainability strategies that drive business value
• Experience representing an organization in external forums and managing multiple complex initiatives
