Job Summary

Sustainability Events Program Manager, responsible for coordinating and executing events related to sustainability and clean energy, working full-time in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track executive invitations to third-party events
• Initiate and manage Google processes for internal and external engagements, including contract administration
• Drive administration, logistics, and support for Google-hosted events at various venues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management or a related role
• Experience in the clean energy, sustainability, or technology industries
• Proven experience coordinating and executing events
• Ability to work across global time zones
• Experience managing databases and CRMs
