Sustainability Leader

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of sustainability initiatives, the full-time remote Sustainability Leader will manage the company's ESG strategy, oversee sustainability performance tracking, and collaborate with various teams to integrate sustainable practices into service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's sustainability and ESG strategy
• Oversee sustainability planning, reporting, and performance tracking, including life cycle assessments and emissions inventories
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Sustainability Community, ESG Program, and executive leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Environmental Science, Public Policy, Engineering, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in sustainability or related fields
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and relationships internally and externally
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainable infrastructure
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and tracking KPIs
