Sustainability Metrics AI Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the quality and governance of sustainability metrics, the full-time remote Sustainability Metrics AI Specialist will manage data quality controls, operationalize reporting requirements, and leverage AI and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of sustainability data strategy and governance processes
• Execute monitoring of sustainability KPIs and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project plans for AI-enabled reporting and automation tools, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of GHG Protocol, CSRD, ESRS, SEC, and EU Taxonomy
• Experience evaluating the quality and accuracy of ESG disclosures
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI/automation concepts
• Strong analytical and project management skills
