Sustainability Program Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading a transformative global sustainability program, the full-time remote Sustainability Program Management Lead will oversee a team of 35+ professionals, drive end-to-end sustainability solutions, and manage P&L responsibilities while collaborating with client sustainability teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive global sustainability strategies across the client's real estate portfolio lifecycle
• Mentor and guide a geographically dispersed team of sustainability professionals to achieve program delivery and performance targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sustainability into all phases of real estate operations and drive change management initiatives

Required qualifications

• University degree required; MBA preferred in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change across complex situations
• Deep understanding of corporate real estate sustainability issues including decarbonization and resource preservation
• Proven project and program management experience with strong P&L management skills
• Track record of integrating sustainability into organizational operations at scale
