Job Summary
Leading a global team of sustainability professionals, the full-time remote Sustainability Program Management Lead will develop and execute sustainability strategies, manage client relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance sustainability performance across the real estate lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global sustainability delivery model aligned with client needs and quality targets
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive sustainability objectives and enhance service delivery
- Lead and manage a multifunctional team, ensuring effective delivery of sustainability programs and fostering a culture of client success and innovation
Required Qualifications
- University Degree, preferably an MBA, in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams and change management
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues relevant to corporate real estate, including decarbonization and resource preservation
- Proven project and program management experience with excellent communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively with clients to develop and implement sustainability programs
