Sustainability Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sustainability Project Manager to oversee third-party certification management and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and manage building certification projects (BREEAM, LEED, WELL)
• Evaluate and report on the status of certification projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to schedules
• Manage environmental performance data and develop sustainability strategies for clients

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience managing green and wellness building certification projects
• LEED AP with a specialty designation required; WELL AP preferred
• Understanding of architectural drawings and familiarity with the construction and design processes
• Experience with ESG/sustainability reporting standards and frameworks
