Sustainability Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sustainability Strategy Manager to engage partners and deliver sustainability initiatives in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact partner experiences, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational priorities
• Provide strategic advisory support to member health systems, facilitating conversations and translating sustainability priorities into actionable steps
• Enhance partner support through improved tools and resources, maintaining knowledge of industry developments to advance healthcare sustainability

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree; combined experience/education may substitute for minimum education
• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare and/or sustainability role; combined experience/education may substitute for minimum experience
• Experience in process improvement, project management, and/or change management
• Preferred: Relevant graduate study and/or certifications, and 4+ years of experience in a matrix organization
• Familiarity with healthcare sustainability or general environmental sustainability is considered an asset
