Sustainable Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sustainable Operations and Utility Bill Transition Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the transition of utility billing operations for new client accounts and portfolio changes
• Manage the onboarding of sustainable operations practices during transition projects
• Develop transition plans and checklists to ensure all necessary steps are executed and documented

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, energy management, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing projects or sustainability within large operations
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability programs
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and innovation
• Ability to manage multiple transition projects simultaneously
