Sustainer Acquisition Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sustainer Acquisition Associate to provide operational and administrative support for the Face-to-Face Fundraising program.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process weekly invoices for multiple vendors and reconcile fees and refunds
• Lead data processes to support reporting and compliance needs of the program
• Assist with site management and ensure vendor compliance with reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience or equivalent combination
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas
• Experience building relationships with staff or customers
• Experience in business writing
• Experience working across teams
