Sustaining Agent Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Engineer, Sustaining.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and triage customer issues by analyzing logs and diagnostic data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product quality
• Develop multi-platform code and optimize code performance using profiling tools

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems
• Proficiency with debugging tools such as lldb, gdb, and/or windbg
• Ability to develop high-quality code in C++, with preference for Rust experience
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and/or Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with SQL
