Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sustainment Lifecycle Manager to support the long-term readiness and affordability of the F-35 fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Sustainment Improvement Projects (SIPs) to enhance aircraft availability and mission readiness
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sustainment performance data to identify improvement areas and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sustainment efforts with program objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance
• Experience in lifecycle logistics and maintenance planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership
• Experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
