SVP Consumer Lending

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight and operational excellence, the full-time remote SVP Consumer Lending will manage all consumer lending functions, ensuring competitive products and services while leading a team to achieve performance goals and enhance member experience across multiple states.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and accountability for the Consumer Lending division, ensuring alignment and performance across Indirect Lending, Underwriting, and Operations
• Develop and implement consumer lending strategies, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor a team of Vice Presidents, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth while promoting a high-performance culture

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Consumer Lending sales and operations, including five years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and NCUA regulations related to consumer lending
• Experience with product innovation and digital lending platforms
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and performance monitoring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
