Job Summary

A company is looking for an SVP, Customer Success Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a customer success team to ensure customers realize the value of the product and drive adoption and process orchestration maturity
  • Identify sales opportunities to drive revenue expansion
  • Build scalable customer success processes to improve efficiency and profitability

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience managing CSM, consulting, or support functions
  • Experience with 2nd and 3rd line leadership
  • Experience with a highly technical and business critical product and market
  • Proven track record of realizing customer value and generating expansion pipeline
  • Strong desire and passion to achieve the company's mission and vision
