Job Summary
To drive new logo revenue growth across Lyra's portfolio, the remote SVP Growth will partner with portfolio company CEOs and Growth Leaders, enabling measurable improvements, coaching sales teams, and identifying high-leverage growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable measurable improvement in new logo MRR across the portfolio and monitor pipeline health
- Act as a spiritual leader for New Logo Hunters and participate in hiring decisions for Growth Leaders
- Establish visibility into GTM experimentation and translate local wins into actionable insights for operators
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated history of driving new logo revenue growth in B2B services, specifically in SMB environments
- Experience hiring and coaching sales leaders without outsourcing technical vetting
- Evidence of building or scaling repeatable sales or GTM systems
- Strong instincts in pipeline management, including coverage, velocity, and conversion rates
- Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority over sales teams
