SVP Integrated Early Development

Job Summary

To establish and lead an agile early-stage asset acceleration capability, the remote SVP Integrated Early Development will serve as the primary strategic partner for a global client network, driving translational strategy and program alignment from candidate nomination through early clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Build a high-velocity early-development advisory model for partners, serving as the senior executive sponsor for global clients and investors
• Define and govern end-to-end development plans while providing strategic direction to dedicated CMC execution teams
• Identify and scale models that integrate WuXi's CMC infrastructure with China's CRO ecosystem to enhance capital efficiency and accelerate client timelines

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in biopharma, with a track record of steering biotherapeutic programs to Phase 1/2 clinical proof of concept
• Deep expertise in novel biologics modalities, translational medicine, and global IND/CTA filings
• Strong understanding of CMC milestones and their implications on development
• Cross-cultural agility to connect global client vision with China-based operational teams
