SVP Managing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP, Managing Director focused on originating new technology client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively originate high-quality venture debt opportunities through a network of VC partners, founders, and advisors
• Act as an ambassador to the startup ecosystem, cultivating long-term relationships for growth capital
• Own the deal lifecycle, from initial structuring and term sheet negotiation to final closing

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Venture Banking, venture capital, private equity, or leveraged finance with a technology focus
• Previous experience in a senior banker role with a track record of sponsoring deals throughout the lifecycle
• Strong underwriting and portfolio management skills
• Financial modeling experience and comfort
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
