SVP of Agentic Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the global transformation toward agentic software engineering, the full-time remote SVP of Agentic Engineering will manage a specialized engineering organization focused on delivering production-grade software and establishing the Agentic Delivery Lifecycle across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multiyear strategy for agentic product and engineering, establishing adoption objectives and removing barriers to implementation
• Build and lead a global engineering organization, ensuring operations follow an agentic-native model and delivering high-priority enterprise software
• Own the design and continuous evolution of the Agentic Delivery Lifecycle, embedding agentic capabilities throughout the software development process

Required Qualifications

• Significant executive experience in global software engineering or comparable technology organizations
• Proven success in leading high-performing teams and driving enterprise-scale adoption of new engineering technologies
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices and generative AI platforms
• Strong knowledge of AI security, data protection, and responsible-AI controls
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred
