SVP of Banking Operations

Job Summary

Leading the full managed services delivery function, the remote SVP of Banking Operations will oversee contact center operations, digital banking support, fraud operations, onboarding, and lending support while driving operational excellence and redesigning the operating model using AI-first principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end service delivery across all managed services operational domains while ensuring SLA accountability and client commitments are met
• Lead the redesign of the Banking Operations model by integrating agentic AI and automation into existing workflows
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key managed services clients, supporting upsells, contract renewals, and new client introductions

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience with AI and automation adoption in operational contexts, with a focus on designing processes that integrate these technologies
• Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, or credit unions, with an understanding of compliance requirements and operational constraints
• Proven track record of leading teams through meaningful operational redesigns while maintaining client commitments
• Client-facing operational experience with a focus on treating operations as a growth lever rather than a cost center
• Strong builder mentality, capable of designing processes and systems from scratch in ambiguous environments
