SVP of Benefits Solutions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP & Head of Benefits Solutions to lead and expand pharmacy benefit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy to grow B2B pharmacy benefit solutions
• Manage existing ISP PBM clients and expand the pharmacy benefit solution set
• Drive partnership and innovation with pharmacy ecosystem constituents

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
• 18-20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or health tech
• 10+ years of executive-level experience in pharmacy, PBM, and pharma
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design and industry trends
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large P&Ls
