Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering and architecture organizations
• Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable platforms in a regulated environment
• Deep expertise in modern architecture patterns and hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies
• Demonstrated success in leading global teams and driving organizational change
