SVP of Email Product
Job Summary
Leading the Mailgun product area, the full-time salaried SVP of Email Product will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Mailgun, focusing on driving growth, enhancing customer experience, and establishing Mailgun as the standard for enterprise-grade email in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set the vision and operating model for Mailgun, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, reliable email solutions while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Drive commercial performance through effective pricing, packaging, and customer adoption strategies
Required qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in product management, engineering leadership, and business leadership
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS or API-first products with accountability for full product delivery
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management and resource allocation
- Deep understanding of customer experience, particularly for developers and enterprise clients
- Excellent executive communication skills and experience in cross-functional environments
