SVP of Enterprise AI

Job Summary

To drive the adoption and realization of AI investments, the full-time remote SVP of Enterprise AI will manage innovation strategies, oversee technology-enabled transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with commercial growth and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address high-value capability gaps through innovative technology solutions and manage the transition from pilot to scalable initiatives
• Lead enterprise-wide innovation programs, ensuring alignment with broader transformation strategies and successful integration of AI-enabled workflows
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership to shape differentiated offerings and represent the organization's AI strategy in external engagements

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or enterprise strategy roles
• Proven track record in leading technology-enabled transformation and enterprise-wide change management
• Experience in establishing AI governance frameworks and responsible-use policies
• Strong ability to connect innovation initiatives to commercial growth and operational impact
• Preferred experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries
