Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time SVP of Enterprise Sales will develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy, build a high-performing sales organization, and drive revenue growth across targeted industry verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy to achieve growth objectives across targeted customer segments
- Drive adoption of the MEDDPICC sales methodology to enhance forecast accuracy and sales performance
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise and strategic sales teams
- Significant experience in SaaS, software, fintech, payments, or complex B2B solution environments
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales organizations
- Experience implementing MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
