Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP of Finance to prepare global accounting and finance operations for IPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a roadmap for IPO readiness and guide the company through the IPO process
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows while overseeing finance technology system selection and deployment
• Oversee accounting operations, financial statement preparation, and global treasury operations

Qualifications

• Experience preparing a company for an IPO and overseeing a public company finance function
• Significant leadership experience in accounting and finance operations with technical accounting expertise
• Proven track record managing lean teams and integrating AI into finance workflows
• Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments with accountability and execution quality
• Curiosity to learn about all aspects of the business, including exploration and mine development operations
