Job Summary
Leading a dynamic marketing organization, the full-time remote SVP of Marketing and Ecommerce will oversee the strategic direction and performance of Caraway's marketing ecosystem, managing a team of senior leaders to drive brand growth, revenue, and customer engagement across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the marketing strategy to support rapid growth across DTC, Marketplace, and Retail channels
- Own the nine-figure marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment decisions drive business outcomes and growth
- Oversee ecommerce strategy and P&L, guiding the organization to meet revenue targets through effective acquisition and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant marketing and ecommerce experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and ownership of key financial KPIs such as revenue and EBITDA
- Proven track record of building and scaling omnichannel businesses, including DTC and Marketplace
- Deep knowledge of the modern DTC marketing stack and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, multi-functional marketing teams
