SVP of Operations

Job Summary

To support the scaling of operations nationally while maintaining quality care, the full-time SVP of Operations will oversee multiple functions including People Operations, Clinical Operations, Licensing & Compliance, Credentialing, Patient Acquisition, and Payer Operations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the operational organization to ensure scalable infrastructure and exceptional care delivery
• Develop leaders across various operational functions and establish accountability to support organizational growth
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to translate company strategy into operational capabilities and address constraints proactively

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex operational organizations
• Experience scaling operations at a high-growth startup or similar organization through multiple growth stages
• Proven ability to build effective leadership teams and develop managers into leaders
• Strong organizational design instincts with a focus on evolving structures and accountability
• Healthcare operations experience, particularly in multi-state environments, is highly preferred
