Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, tracking analytics and defining KPIs for product success
• Ensure alignment across business stakeholders and cross-functional teams through collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the health plan or managed care industry
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience in managing high-performance teams
• Significant work history at regional and/or national health plans
