SVP of Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a senior team of engineers, the full-time SVP of Site Reliability Engineering will own platform reliability and customer experience outcomes for an AI-native community and social engagement platform, ensuring uptime trends upward and MTTR trends downward while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reliability outcomes and own them like a founder, ensuring platform uptime and customer satisfaction
• Own enterprise-customer escalations, serving as the executive face of operations during critical situations
• Set and enforce AI agent quality and governance, maintaining rigorous standards for production agents

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience operating SaaS at scale, with at least 3 years in an executive role managing a senior-only engineering organization
• Proven experience with AIOps and agentic incident response systems in production
• Deep AWS production experience at scale, with a strong hands-on engineering background
• Fluent in English, capable of interfacing directly with enterprise customer leadership and the CEO
• Time-zone overlap with US morning hours (roughly 13:00-17:00 UTC)
