Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP of Technology to lead the Engineering & Product departments and create a vision and strategy for the R&D division.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Engineering & Product development vision and roadmap for product lines
• Lead and scale globally distributed engineering & product teams in a PE-backed B2B SaaS environment
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, EAA, ISO/IEC 27001, and manage budget and vendor responsibilities for Engineering & Product departments

Required Qualifications

• Senior executive experience in technology leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing engineering and product teams
• Experience with cloud services and compliance regulations
• Strong understanding of agile processes and product management
• Experience in leveraging AI and automation tools in engineering and product development
