A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Underwriting in Mortgage Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the underwriting organization across all mortgage products

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of mortgage underwriting experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret data for operational strategy
• Deep knowledge of mortgage underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing large underwriting teams in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with underwriting systems and workflow automation tools
