Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of laboratory support services globally across client manufacturing and research sites
• Define and implement a global operating model that delivers scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality services
• Own operational budgets, productivity targets, and labor models across global operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in laboratory, technical services, or manufacturing support roles within pharma, biotech, or CDMO environments
• Proven success leading multi-site, international service teams in regulated environments
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and the operational implications of working in QC or regulated lab settings
• Experience supporting or managing lab services in manufacturing quality control environments
