SVP Portfolio Strategy Advisor

Job Summary

As a senior client-facing leader, the remote SVP Portfolio Strategy Advisor will be responsible for leading the Portfolio Strategy & Advisory service line, focusing on delivering analytics-driven real estate advisory solutions that optimize client portfolios and align locations with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts with brokerage clients, driving revenue growth and strategic discussions on portfolio optimization and location strategy
• Oversee multi-market portfolio assessments and provide thought leadership in commercial real estate portfolio optimization and site selection
• Advise clients on corporate real estate organizational design and develop best-in-class business cases to support strategic portfolio decisions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate or management consulting, with 10-12+ years in corporate real estate or portfolio strategy advisory
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience advising on complex real estate portfolios, including multi-location strategies
• Expertise in financial modeling, site selection methodology, and organizational design
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams focused on national-level real estate portfolios
