Job Summary

A company is looking for an SVP Quality Health Equity & Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Quality and Health Equity Programs, ensuring compliance with NCQA, CMS, and ACA certification requirements
  • Manage HEDIS report production and vendor management, while supporting quality program analytics
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives across all lines of business and geographies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a healthcare or technical field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a multi-state, multi-product health plan organization
  • Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Managed Care
  • Proven background in health plan quality initiatives and HEDIS reporting
  • Familiarity with NCQA and HEDIS vendors and health plan technology applications
