Job Summary
Driving enterprise growth, the full-time SVP Sales Payment Integrity will develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire large national and regional health plans and TPAs, focusing on consultative engagements and building executive-level relationships, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to acquire new enterprise clients for Payment Integrity solutions
- Lead consultative sales engagements that drive value-based discussions and navigate multi-stakeholder environments
- Build and cultivate executive-level relationships to position the company as a strategic partner in the healthcare space
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare, particularly with health plans or TPAs
- Proven success in closing large, multi-year enterprise contracts related to payment integrity and medical cost containment
- Established relationships with senior payer leaders such as CFOs and COOs
- Strong understanding of payer operations, claims workflows, and reimbursement models
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles across complex buying groups
