SVP Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a small, senior team of engineers, the full-time SVP Site Reliability Engineering will own platform reliability and customer experience outcomes for an AI-native community engagement platform, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction while actively participating in incident management and system design.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reliability outcomes by managing platform uptime, mean time to recovery (MTTR), and customer satisfaction
• Own enterprise-customer escalations and serve as the executive face of operations during critical incidents
• Set and enforce quality and governance standards for AI agents in production

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience operating SaaS at scale, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience with AIOps, agentic incident response, and auto-remediation systems
• Deep AWS production experience in multi-AZ, multi-account environments
• Hands-on engineering background with a track record of driving outage management and shipping code
• Fluent in English with the ability to interface directly with executive leadership and enterprise customers
