Swag Designer

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing design team, the remote Swag Designer will manage the swag design process from client intake to delivery, ensuring brand alignment and quality while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the design tools and swag production process
• Act as a creative partner to clients, transforming ideas into visual collections that meet project goals
• Continuously improve design workflows for efficiency and scalability while providing quality control for all outputs

Required qualifications

• Strong design background with 2+ years in graphic, product, or fashion design (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly
• Familiarity with product decoration methods (embroidery, screen print, digital print) is a plus
• Automation-first mindset with a passion for improving processes and creating efficiencies
