Job Summary

A company is looking for a Swahili Interpretation Instructor responsible for supporting training students in interpretation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of telephonic and/or video-remote coaching services
• Timely completion of feedback reports and adherence to the curriculum
• Provide superior customer service to students and participate in consistent trainings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Certificate from a reputable 40-hour medical interpreter training course
• At least 2 years of professional interpretation experience
• National Certification in Interpretation (Preferred)
• College degree from a four-year institution
• Knowledge of basic audio/visual/computer functions
