Job Summary

Utilizing expertise in Swedish pedagogy, the contract Swedish Pedagogy Specialist will adapt existing course content for an online Swedish course, review and proofread materials, and consult on pedagogical strategies, all while working remotely for approximately 12-15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt existing course content for an online Swedish course for speakers of other languages
• Review, edit, and proofread pedagogical materials in Swedish
• Consult on pedagogy as a native Swedish speaker to streamline content development

Required qualifications

• Native speaker level proficiency in Swedish
• Several years of experience teaching Swedish as a second language
• Comfort working in digital tools such as Google Docs and spreadsheets
• Ability to work up to 15 hours per week through mid-October
