Swing Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Swing Dispatcher/Router.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Area Dispatch Supervisor and ensure coverage for dispatchers
• Manage cross-training and new hire training processes while improving operations
• Resolve route coverage issues and ensure efficient assignment of work to drivers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
• Minimum of two (2) years of dispatching/routing experience
• Additional training in transportation, logistics, or customer service preferred
• Computer skills with the ability to handle multiple programs and systems
• Industry knowledge and training/development skills
