Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Area Dispatch Supervisor and ensure all shifts are monitored and covered
• Manage cross-training and new hire training processes while participating in operational improvements
• Resolve route coverage issues and ensure efficient assignment of work to drivers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum of two years of dispatching experience
• Additional training in transportation, logistics, or customer service preferred
• Proficient in using multiple computer programs and systems
• Industry knowledge related to dispatch operations
