Job Summary

A company is looking for a Swing Router.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize routes by collaborating with sites and service departments
• Support the Area Dispatch Supervisor in managing the Centralized Dispatch Center
• Ensure coverage for dispatchers during absences and manage training for new hires

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
• Minimum two (2) years of routing/dispatching experience
• Additional training in transportation, logistics, or a related field
• Customer service experience in a call-center environment preferred
• Proficient computer skills to manage multiple programs and systems
