Swiss Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel with expertise in crypto, fintech, and financial regulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements and support commercial teams
• Advise on compliance with Swiss and international regulations and maintain internal compliance policies
• Support governance frameworks, manage legal risks, and conduct regulatory research

Qualifications & Experience

• Law degree and bar admission in Switzerland or an equivalent European jurisdiction
• Minimum 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto
• Proven expertise in Swiss financial and crypto regulation, SROs, and AML compliance
• Experience in managing external counsel and regulatory relationships
• Familiarity with data privacy, contract law, and governance frameworks
