Key Responsibilities

• Act as a direct contact for customers and cooperation partners, providing recommendations for pet insurance needs
• Communicate product benefits effectively to close sales and activate policies
• Manage sensitive situations with empathy while providing legendary member service in a high-volume contact center

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English, German, and French; Flemish is a plus
• 2+ years' experience in a member-facing role
• Swiss Non-Life insurance mediary license preferred
• Proven experience in phone sales
• Experience using and learning complex computer systems
