Job Summary

A company is looking for a Syndication Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the syndication desk and work directly with funding sources
Analyze transactions for off balance sheet placement and collaborate with sales for transaction development
Participate in the hiring process and assist with the evaluation of syndication desk team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred
5+ years of syndication lending experience
Existing relationships with current syndication sources
Extensive industry knowledge of industries, assets, and credit
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
