Syndication Underwriter

Job Summary

To support a growing auto finance division, the full-time Syndication Underwriter will evaluate, structure, and underwrite large financing transactions for automotive dealerships and loan portfolios, working remotely or from the Dallas corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, underwrite, and process loan applications and supporting documentation
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit data to assess risk and repayment capacity
• Structure financing transactions and recommend lending decisions on secured and unsecured credit facilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, credit underwriting, loan structuring, and portfolio management
• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles and credit evaluation
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and draw sound credit conclusions
• Proficiency with financial calculations, including profitability and cash flow analysis
