A company is looking for a Syria Third Party Monitoring Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all field data collection and research across Syria
• Remotely oversee teams of field monitors, ensuring adherence to security protocols and proper training
• Conduct site visits for quality assurance and assist in data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• At least five years of experience in the humanitarian or development field, managing field research teams
• Experience in training data collection teams and ensuring data quality
• Fluency in Arabic and English required
• Knowledge of the Syria operating context
