Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sys Ops Tech II.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with various teams to provide optimal client experience
Create documentation for departmental policies and procedures
Perform SQL activities and assist with system configurations

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks and TCP/IP
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
Availability to work across 4, 10-hour day shifts on specific days
