System Admin - Night Shift

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator - Windows/VMware - Night Shift in Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements to Windows, Linux, and Unix servers, as well as Cisco networking devices
• Respond to and resolve customer issues following SLAs and ITIL processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting purposes

Qualifications:

• High School education or GED
• 2 years of experience in technologies such as Windows Server administration, Linux Server administration, and network technologies
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Experience with ITIL-based incident tracking system and network/server monitoring tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
