System Administration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administration Analyst to manage workforce management tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain workforce management systems
• Manage system access, security roles, and permissions in compliance with policies
• Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with vendors for resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Verint as a desktop Administrator or Data Analyst
• Experience with WFM tools such as Intradiem, Genesys, and DPA
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data mining and reporting
• Knowledge of telephony, IVR, and ACD routing
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for educational requirements
